As a Logistics Worker, you’ll play a key role in our logistics team, ensuring smooth operations in our warehouse and throughout our shipping processes. This apprenticeship program offers non-native speakers the opportunity to complete a comprehensive 12-week training program that combines job-specific language and skill training. Upon successful completion, you’ll be offered a contract at the company and begin working as a full member of our team!

This program is fully funded, allowing you to focus entirely on your learning and development.

What You Will Do

• Load and unload trucks and other vehicles
• Organize and manage intermediate stocks in the factory and warehouse
• Package and secure products for safe transport
• Perform delivery runs to ensure products are on time for clients or other locations

During your training, you’ll work independently but will receive thorough guidance and support. You will participate in language classes focused on the job, as well as hands-on skills training, so you can quickly and efficiently join our team. Throughout the program, you’ll closely collaborate with colleagues and the operations manager as you gradually master the tasks and procedures.

Responsibilities During and After the Program

• Manage and organize stock in the warehouse and production areas
• Safely package and secure products for transport
• Load and unload shipments with a forklift
• Complete trip reports and maintain stock movement records
• Adhere to all safety guidelines during your tasks

Requirements

• Interest in logistics and warehouse work
• Motivation to learn dutch language and job-related skills
• Forklift certification (can be obtained during the program)
• Proactive, independent, and quality-focused
• Flexible and able to work well under pressure
