Are you ready to start a rewarding career in production work? This apprenticeship program is designed for non-native speakers who want to enter the industry as a Production Worker in our spray coating department. In this fully-funded 12-week program, you’ll receive job-specific language and skill training focused on preparing and coating products, with opportunities for long-term growth within the company. Upon successfully completing the program, you’ll receive a contract as a valued member of the team.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare products for coating by masking and blasting surfaces
• Support coating operations to ensure a high-quality finish
• Post-process coated parts by sealing and/or super-finishing surfaces for optimal results

During the program, you’ll work both independently and alongside a team to learn the full scope of the production process in the spray coating department. Through hands-on training, you’ll master each step, from surface preparation to final finishing, while also learning the technical terminology and practical skills needed for success in this role.

Responsibilities During and After the Program:

• Masking and blasting parts in preparation for coating
• Assisting in the application of coating for a durable, high-quality finish
• Post-coating procedures, including sealing and super-finishing
• Following all safety guidelines and quality standards
