Who Are We?

We are rapidly growing, professional inspection agency specializing in quality control and damage assessments in the fresh produce sector. We have offices in Rotterdam, Ridderkerk, 's Gravenzande, and Hamburg. We are currently seeking a Quality Inspector to strengthen our team in the Rotterdam area.

About the 12-Week Traineeship

This position is part of a 12-week apprenticeship program specifically designed for non-native speakers, where you’ll receive job-specific language and skill training focused on quality control in the fresh produce sector. The program is fully funded, allowing you to immerse yourself in your training. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be offered a contract to start as a (junior) Quality Inspector.

What Will You Do?

• Independently assess the quality of fruits and vegetables and identify any potential damage
• Report your findings directly to our clients, including importers and exporters
• Advise clients on post-harvest issues and best practices
• Serve as the go-to expert on produce quality, transport, and storage

What We Expect from You:

• MBO-level thinking and working capabilities
• Residing in the Netherlands
• Interest in the fresh produce sector, ideally with some experience in a similar role
• Flexible mindset and willingness to work outside standard 9-to-5 hours
• A positive, proactive attitude is essential!
